Countdown to Community STEM Day… Less than 2 Weeks Away!

Thank you for agreeing to join us for the 2026 Community STEM Day on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Royal Baptist Family Life Center.

Because of incredible partners like you—across schools, industry, colleges/ universities, faith-based organizations, and community groups—this event continues to grow each year. Together, we are showing our students that champions from every sector are committed to creating bright futures in STEM.

As noted on your registration form, we are providing the table and chairs for your exhibit space. Please remember to bring your own tablecloth. Complimentary parking will be available on the Royal Missionary Baptist Church Life Center campus. I have attached flyers for you to share with your network. I’m asking each of you to help us get the word out by posting the flyer on your social media pages.

Setup Times:

• Saturday: Beginning at 9:00 a.m.
• Early Setup (Optional): Friday from 4:00–6:00 p.m.
