Do you know any rising high school Juniors or Seniors interested in a skill-trade occupation? In partnership with Trident Technical College, Boeing South Carolina offers an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Youth Apprenticeship program.

The two-year program is open to rising Juniors and Seniors in high school. This program is primarily for students currently in a mechatronics, industrial-electrical or mechanical trades curriculum.

Youth apprentices will receive paid, on-the-job training in the performance of predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair of automated manufacturing equipment. Upon completion students will receive a Department of Labor Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Youth Apprenticeship Diploma and an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Certificate from Trident Technical College.
